Why Asoondo

Most planners see a to‑do list. Asoondo sees you.

Other planners
  • A list of tasksEvery to-do on its own, without the story around it.
  • The same plan every dayYou adjust the app, it never adjusts to you.
  • A red list of what you missedUnfinished tasks pile up and turn into pressure.
Asoondo
  • Your whole pictureInstead of: a list of tasksTasks, projects, notes and calendar context you choose to add.
  • Works with your contextInstead of: the same plan every dayShare your priorities and preferences when asking for planning help.
  • A day that ends on a winInstead of: a red list of what you missedSee what moved forward and decide what to carry into tomorrow.
How it works

One sentence in. A plan to review.

Illustrative interface examples, not a live app session. Review assistant suggestions; automatic day planning is not guaranteed.

01Capture

Just say it.

Type what you need in your own words. The beta includes a bounded text assistant.

02Understand

Bring the context.

Use tasks, projects, notes and connected calendar information as context. Check the assistant’s understanding before acting.

03Plan

Review a proposed day.

Ask for planning help, check times and priorities, and choose your next steps. This is an illustrative proposal, not an automatic scheduling guarantee.

04Focus & finish

End on a win.

One thing at a time. Close the day with what moved forward, not with what didn't.

FAQ

What makes this a different kind of planner?

What exactly does Asoondo do?

Asoondo brings tasks, projects, notes, attachments, calendar planning and Focus into one personal workspace, with a bounded text assistant. Ask for planning help and review the result.

What does Asoondo remember?

Your workspace stores tasks, projects, notes and attachments. Connected calendar access supplies additional context. Automatic learning of your rhythm and proactive task reminders are not verified beta promises. See the privacy disclosure for data access, deletion and retention limits.

How is it different from an automatic scheduler?

Automatic schedulers mainly optimize empty calendar space. Asoondo is designed around the person behind the calendar: your work, personal commitments, projects, notes, routines, priorities, and the way the day actually changes.

Will Asoondo change things without asking me?

The assistant can act on supported requests, subject to app permissions and safeguards. Review changes and calendar details in the app. Do not assume every action has a separate approval step or sends an attendee notification.

Who is Asoondo for?

Asoondo is built first for independent knowledge workers, such as freelancers, consultants, founders, creators, operators and managers, who coordinate several projects and a busy calendar.

How do I get beta access?

Access is by invitation only. Request access by email; this does not reserve a place or create an account. Once invited, choose an immediate purchase or a 14-day trial without a card. Up to ten paid-beta places are counted permanently; vacated places are not reissued.

How does Asoondo handle my data?

Read the app’s current privacy disclosure and terms. These identify review gaps, including retention periods and processing details. The website does not provide a legal-review attestation.

A planner that remembers, so you don't have to.

Request an invitation to the web beta. 12 € / month per person incl. 19% VAT, with the choice of a 14-day no-card trial before an explicit purchase.
